it’s on the menu
at it’s pleat we strive to create a friendly oasis that takes care of both people and planet. for example, vegetables play the leading role and we aim to choose ingredients that are organic, locally grown and in season as much as we can. to reduce food waste we have our own compost that turns the waste into soil. the soil is used to grow organic plants that decorate our tables between may and september.
our menu is filled with eats and treats. enjoy a cold pressed juice, some veggie sticks, a colourful rainbow salad, or indulge in our perfect sweets.
